Summer Therapy in a Time of Crisis

The COVID-19 crisis has been a grueling experience for adolescents, young adults, and their families. Academic turmoil has only intensified as distance learning protocols continue, and as graduation ceremonies and proms become virtual, delayed, or cancelled outright. Along with these drastic and unexpected life changes, many young people are experiencing intense grief, loss, anxiety, depression and isolation.

As the days get longer and warmer, Paradigm Treatment recognizes the importance of stability, continuity, structure, and enrichment for our teens and young adults. Our year-round academic program provides clients with credit accumulation and recovery in addition to extensive mental health assessments, treatment planning, and clinical programming , so as to best address the needs of each and every young person in our program.

The crisis has rapidly and dramatically shifted the social, cultural and educational landscape for our youth. At Paradigm Treatment, we are committed to providing our clients with safe, effective treatment in a restorative environment that can see them through the summer months and prepare them for the academic year ahead.
